Scholarships
In partnership with the local McDonald’s® Owner/Operators, RMHC® utilizes a portion of all french fry sales and matching RMHC® funds, to award 80 scholarships to deserving, graduating high school Seniors in our communities.
Application: The deadline for the 2010-2011 academic year is February 2011.
Ronald McDonald House Charities® offers two methods for submitting scholarship applications:

Please note that you will still need to submit via, mail, the required attachments to Scholarship Program Administrators. These attachments include: certified high school transcript, personal statement, letter of recommendation and IRS Form 1040.

Scholarships are for students in the United States living in areas where there are participating local Chapters. Students may only apply for one of the four scholarships. The four types of scholarships available include:
RMHC/Asia
For students of Asian-Pacific heritage

Four additional RMHC/HACER National Scholarships are also available, each totaling $100,000, payable over four years.
Recipients will be chosen from the pool of applicants for the HACER U.S. Scholarship. These scholarships are supported by the McDonald’s Hispanic Operators Association.
* Applications are accepted nationwide so students are eligible whether they live in an area with a participating local RMHC Chapter or not.
