HOUSTON AND GALVESTON HEALS AFTER HURRICANE IKE
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Houston/ Galveston, Inc. would like to acknowledge all those who have suffered and are still dealing with the impact of Hurricane Ike. We wish you well as you recuperate and move forward.
Our prayers and thoughts are with the kids and family living at Ronald McDonald House-Houston and the Ronald McDonald House-Galveston as you continue to heal during this difficult time.

 Thank you to everybody who attended and participated at this great fundraising event on Sunday, August 10th at Space Center Houston. Everybody who attended including moms, dads, kids, and Star Wars fans alike all had a great time meeting their favorite Star Wars® characters. Along with some great food, and an opportunity to enjoy their favorite exhibits at Space Center Houston, fans were able to watch the only Texas premiere of the highly anticipated movie, Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie. Admission included popcorn, hotdogs, soft pretzels, and soda, admission into Space Center Houston and the Star Wars Exhibit. VIP admission included this plus Premium Advanced Seating, an executive Chef prepared 3 course meal seated "under the stars", and more...

THIEVES STEAL FROM RONALD McDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES
Late Sunday evening, June 1st, theives stole a trailer which contained property from an event produced by Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Houston/ Galveston to raise money for the charity. The trailer included two race cars --one pink with pink flames, and one black car with McDonald's logos all over it. The trailer also had tools, and other components for producing the charity fundraising event.
If you see anybody with a white trailer that has QT Pie Racing Team on it, or have any information involving this theft, please call 713-974-1217. This property is to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities and the children who benefit from this.

Yee-ha! McDonald's and Ronald McDonald House Charities® corrals itself into the 2008 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo
This year McDonald's teamed up, for the first time, with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. All cowboys and cowgirls could get their favorite french fries and more, while enjoying their day at the rodeo. Everything purchased at McDonald's or anywhere else at the McDonald's area directly benefited Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Houston/ Galveston, Inc.
